Returns Policy
EFI Online does not accept returns or cancellations due to change of mind. If your item arrives & is faulty or incorrect you must notify us within 7 days to arrange a changeover of your item. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
If an item is purchased incorrectly and does not suit your requirements EFI Online will accept a return to provide a changeover or store credit.
If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
Shipping
Standard Domestic Shipping:
When purchasing a stocked item EFI Online make all attempts to ship out within 48 hours and provide shipping confirmation/tracking information for the shipping company unless using a same day courier for local shipping to accepted suburbs.
EFI Online provides Free Shipping Australia Wide across our range unless notified otherwise.
All domestic free shipping is handled under a standard service. Although we make all attempts to use the fastest & most efficient shipping service we do not guarantee 'Express' or 'Overnight' unless confirmed prior to purchase.
Standard International Shipping:
EFI Online ships our entire range globally.
All international orders must be completed in full including providing complete customer name, address and contact number.
We are unable to accept international orders with abbreviated initials or ship to PO Boxes due to customs clearance requirements.
Any international orders placed which are incomplete will not ship until this is provided.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full kilogram.
